BROWN COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 6a.m. Thursday in Brown County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Jennifer Dixon, 56, Gladstone, MO., was westbound on 260th Road at U.S. 75.
The driver started a southbound turn and struck a 2008 Acura driven by Zachary T. Johnson, 29, Topeka.
EMS transported Dixon to the Sabetha Hospital. Johnson was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
