Law enforcement made 13 arrests during an overnight operation targeting crime and fleeing vehicles in the St. Joseph area.
According to St. Joseph Police Capt. Jeff Wilson, the police department, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Buchanan County Drug Strike Force worked together during the operation which included 50 car stops, seven subject checks, 31 citations, 21 warnings, 22 verbal warnings, 13 arrests including four city charges, one state DWI, four state warrants and three city warrants and 13 investigative charges including resisting arrest, drug possession and unlawful possession of a firearm.
