CLINTON COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Tuesday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Ford F250 driven by Gary W. Kirkland, 56, Kansas City, was northbound on Interstate 35 four miles east of Lathrop.
The vehicle struck a 2004 Chevy Classic driven by Hannah D. Bills, 18, Braymer, that was backing on the interstate.
The Chevy slid into the path of a 2017 Chevy Impala driven by Gregg W. Eckert, 64, Cameron.
Tri-County EMS transported Bills to Liberty Hospital. Kirkland and Eckert were not injured. All three were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
