COLE COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 7p.m. Tuesday in Cole County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1967 John Deere 3020 driven by Robert B. Lubbering, 83, St. Thomas, Missouri, was eastbound in a private drive in the 130000 Block of Lower Bottom Road.
The tractor traveled off the right side of the road and the driver overcorrected. It traveled off the left side of the road and the driver overcorrected a second time causing the tractor to travel off the right side of the road, strike a tree and overturn.
Lubbering was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Howser Millard Funeral Home
