It's going to feel like the mid to upper 90s today, so if you plan on being outside drink some extra water and maybe take a few breaks. Storms return tomorrow, with severe storms possible during the afternoon/evening. Damaging winds and hail are the main concerns right now. Today: Sunny, with a high near 89. Heat index values as high as 97. South wind 9 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.


Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 74. South wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.


Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 2 p.m. Some of the storms could be severe. Increasing clouds, with a high near 86. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.


Thursday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely before 8 p.m. Some of the storms could be severe. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 60. Southwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.


Friday: Sunny, with a high near 81. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon.
