Driver jailed for alleged DWI, 2 hospitalized after crash

WORTH COUNTY — Two people were injured and the driver arrested following an accident just after 11:30p.m. Friday in Worth County.


The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1997 Jeep Wrangler driven by Lana M. Robinson, 35, Grant City, was eastbound on 170th Road one mile southeast of Grant City.


The driver failed to negotiate a curve. The Jeep traveled off the road and struck a tree.


A private vehicle transported one passenger Erika J. Coslow, 38, Ravenwood, to Northwest Medical Center in Albany. Worth County EMS transported passenger McKenzie J. Denson, 29, Grant City, to Northwest Medical Center. They were not wearing seat belts.


The MSHP arrested Robinson for alleged DWI and for not wearing a seat belt.  She was not injured.
