TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A Missouri man has been sentenced to nearly 32 years in prison for shooting at an FBI SWAT team in northeast Oklahoma when they tried to arrest him for threatening Texas police officers.

U.S. Attorney Trent Shores says 50-year-old Brian Kirk Marshall of Pattonsburg, Missouri, was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Tulsa.
Marshall acknowledged in a signed plea agreement on June 5 that he fired at the agents on Oct. 1, 2018, in Kansas, Oklahoma, about 65 miles (105 kilometers) east of Tulsa.
Marshall was wounded when agents returned fire. No agents were injured.
Court documents say the FBI was attempting to arrest Marshall after being forwarded a YouTube video of him threatening to kill officers in Leon Valley, Texas, on the northwestern edge of San Antonio.
