Jewell G. Roberts, 100, died March 19, 2024, at a local care facility. Born November 8, 1923, she had reached the age of 100. She was the daughter of Walter S. and Ida Mae Anderson.
Jewell married James J. Roberts in 1954. He preceded her in death in 1989. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Jewell is survived by son Roger Blair (Sandy), four grandchildren, Deveren Blair (Georgeann), Lora Stafford (Rick), Jeffrey Blair and Ryan Blair, seven great-grandchildren, Drew Blair (Liz), Dalen Blair, Carlea Stafford, Peyton Blair, Jude Blair, Chanler Blair, Chase Blair, one great-great grandson, Hudson Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Most of her life was spent as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. Upon her husbands retirement she fulfilled a dream by opening a floral and decorative bead shop. She touched many lives during her long life. She was a loyal friend and will be missed by all.
