Roy Dale Moppin 89, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Tuesday May 16, 2023 at his home. He was born August 29, 1933 in Troy, Kansas son of the late Martha & Lloyd Moppin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, at the Rupp Funeral Home, with a funeral service 10:00 am, Wednesday at the Rupp Chapel. Interment following at Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy, KS. Memorials are requested to the Frudenthal Hospice.
