BROWN COUNTy —Law enforcement authorities are investigating registered offender on new alegations.
Just before 6:30 p.m. Feb. 18, deputies arrested 51-year-old Michael Ballman of Hiawatha on 2 counts of Aggravated Violation of the Offender Registry Act.
Ballman has been registered as an offender since 2022 for a drug distribution conviction in 2021, according to offender registry.
