ATCHISON COUNTY —A northeast Kansas man is back in jail after an arrest in Atchison.
On Friday, 25-year-old Caleb S. Fall of Atchison, was arrested for alleged battery and criminal damage to property in the 300 block North 14th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He was booked into the county jail. In August of 2023, Fall was arrested on a requested charge of commercial DUI/ .04 or more; 2nd conviction and transporting an open container, according to online jail records.
