CLINTON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 10a.m. Tuesday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Kenworth semi driven by a 50-year-old Belle Plaine, Iowa man was northbound on Interstate 35 five miles north of Lathrop. The driver lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the east side of the road, struck a group of trees and a fence.
Cameron ambulance transported the driver to Liberty Hospital. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
