Leona Mae Masters, 53, Saint Joseph, MO, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
She was born on September 25, 1970 to Gloria Devers and Fred Scotton.
Leona graduated from Central High School, class of 1989 Saint Joseph, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Gloria Devers and Fred Scotton; and grandparents: Patsy and Donnie Devers, Virginia and William Scotton.
Loved ones left behind: Uncle Steven Devers of Saint Joseph, MO; Little/Big sister Donna Churchill (Elmer) of Mound City, MO; two brothers: Freddy Scotton of Saint Joseph, MO, and Bucky Rhodes (Anna) of Cameron, MO; Children: Jeffrey Scotton (Katherine) of Maysville, MO, Samantha Rogers (Kristen) of Saint Joseph, MO, Sandra Fairbanks (Zackery) of Independence, MO; Two grandchildren: Jeffrey Scotton Jr., and Adelyn Scotton, both of Maysville, MO; three nieces: Britney, Tiann (Steve), and Kassandra (Reginal) and eight great nieces: Abigail, Kourtnee, Mya, Amelia, June, Arianna, Nevaeh, and McKinley, Great Nephew: Jamal, and numerous cousins and adopted family and friends.
She loved Elvis Presley, country music, Scooby-Doo, unicorns, and her dog Lucky. She also loved spending time with her family.
