Valerie E. Blacketer, 63, Faucett, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
She was born May 7, 1960 to Louis Lee and Betty Jo (Palmer) Hendrix in Los Angeles, California.
She married Terry Duane Blacketer on June 4, 1993. She was a devoted spouse and never left Terry’s side.
Valerie enjoyed playing the keyboard as well as baking. She loved her cats and rabbits.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Rick Hendrix.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Melony Jones and Dawn Mechelle Jones (Jason); stepchildren, Dawn D. Hoffman, Tia Blacketer, and Shawn D. Blacketer; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Daniel Hendrix; nephews, Brian, Billy, and Shawn M. Hendrix.
Celebration of life to be held at a later date. Cremation under the direction of Simplify Cremations & Funerals.
