ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 2:30p.m. Wednesday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Polaris Predator 500 driven by a 17-year-old from Union Star was eastbound on County Road 243 three miles southeast of Union Star. The driver lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the road, struck an embankment and the teen was ejected as the ATV rolled.
Grand River ambulance transported the boy to Mosaic Life Care. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
