An arrest has been made in the shooting death of a two-year-old St. Joseph girl.
A second-degree murder charge has been filed against 20-year-old Macain Kimbrough-Ballard of St. Joseph in the death of Raelynn Craig, who suffered a fatal gunshot wound during a drive-by shooting outside the Frog Hop earlier this month.
Kimbrough-Ballard is being held without bond in the Buchanan County jail.
Witnesses reported a car with Texas license plates shot at another car with three inside at 20th and Messanie Streets on the afternoon of August 9th. Raelynn was struck by gunfire and died later at the hospital. Two others were wounded in the shooting.
Others could be charged in the shooting.
