Thomas L. White 68, of Amazonia, MO, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 at his home. He was born April 17, 1955 in St. Joseph, son of Venita and William White.
Tom worked many years at General Mills. He was often referred to as "Tom Turkey". He enjoyed going fishing and hunting, bowling, and playing cards and horseshoes. Tom also was an excellent cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Cheryl Orr, and daughter, Paula Miller.
Survivors include: wife 22 years, Lana McCush-White of the home, children, Erin (John) Stufflebean of St Joseph, Jeremy (Jaymie) White of Amazonia, and Scott McCush of Amazonia, MO, siblings, Billy (Sierra) White of St. Joseph, Debra White of Union Star, MO, and Susan (Timothy) Lanning of St. Joseph, grandchildren, Colby, Collin (Bionca), Landon, Renia, Megan, Rylan, Kyre, Eli, and Leo, family friend, Julie Parker, and numerous nieces and nephews.
