ANDREW COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 10p.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Ford Focus driven by Donald C. Sipes, 28, Savannah, was northbound on Interstate 29 three miles north of St. Joseph. The car traveled off the east side of County Road 352, returned to the road and traveled off the west side, struck a building and a tractor trailer in the parking lot.
Andrew County EMS transported Sipes and a passenger Breanna A. Hostetler, 25, Maryville, to Mosaic Life Care. They were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
