Jordan Mathew Stanton, 29, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024.
He was born March 23, 1995 in St. Joseph to Danel Fuqua and Doug Stanton. Jordan grew up in St. Joseph and graduated from Christian Academy.
Jordan was very proud of his job as a forklift operator at Clarios, but his real passion was his side job as a barber. He even had his own chair, giving family and friends haircuts, and was working toward having his own shop.
He enjoyed music, cars, and hanging out with his friends. A lively person who always got the party going, Jordan was a light for his family and friends who will be dearly missed.
Most of all, Jordan was a good father to his kids and cherished his time with them.
He was preceded in death by grandparents; and brother, Tyler Payne.
Survivors include his mother, Danel Fuqua; father, Doug Stanton; son, Bentley Chambers; daughter, Brensley Stanton; siblings, Austin Sprake and Skyleigh Scheerer; niece, Marcella Sollars; grandmother, Virgena Suman Fuqua; uncle, Charles Turman; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will gather with friends 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
