Douglas Wayne Huston 61, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024 in a St. Joseph, MO health care center. He was born August 29, 1962 in St. Joseph, MO, son of the late Jneva and Glen Huston. He worked at Stetson Hats, the Filtration plant, and Holiday Inn. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, watching movies, playing poker and cards, and spending time with his family.
Douglas was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Barbara Ann Huston, Ruth Ann Huston, and Glenda Johnson, brothers; David Paul, Galen Dean, and William Huston. Survivors include: sisters, Nova Jones and husband B.J., Deborah Skeen and husband Tony Sr., Tina Sollars (Floyd Townsend), Connie Thelan, and Rhonda (Rico) Sahagun all of St. Joseph, MO, 12 nieces & nephews, 43 great nieces & nephews, and 19 great-great nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 PM on Tuesday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
