2 injured after thrown from ATV in Gentry County

GENTRY COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just before 8p.m. Saturday in Gentry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Polaris Ranger driven by Harold G. Owens, 43, Albany, was southbound on James Street one half mile south of Darlington.

The vehicle traveled off the east side of the road, overturned and both occupants were ejected.

Grand River ambulance transported a passenger Laci J. Groom, 31, Albant, to Mosaic in Albany. Lifenet transported Owens to St. Lukes on the Plaza. They were not wearing helmets, according to the MSHP.
