ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations after a weekend arrest.
On Saturday, police arrested 38-year-old Cody T. Housworth, 38, Atchison, on District Court warrants for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In March of 2023, he was jailed on charges of criminal trespass, criminal damage to property and interference with law enforcement.
He has previous felony convictions for battery and aggravated domestic battery, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
