CLINTON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Monday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 pickup driven by Lowell A. Jobe, 56, Lake Kiowa, TX., was southbound on Interstate 35 four miles north of Lathrop.
The pickup veered from the passing into the driving lane and struck a 2005 International MODOT truck driven by Jeffery C. Laslie, 56, Plattsburg, that was parked with lights and arrow lights activated for pot hole repair.
Cameron ambulance transported Jobe to Liberty Hospital. Laslie was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
