Restaurant Week is back.
St. Joseph is having its second annual Restaurant Week. It starts today and continues through March 11th.
Vice President of Membership with the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Natalie Redmond says the restaurants have been impacted by the COVID pandemic.
"We've looked at the statistics of how it's affected the restaurant industry," Redmond tells St. Joseph Post. "It's been very impactful, so if you can support the restaurants, they need your support more now than ever because we'd love for them to be around for the next year."
Vice President of Membership with the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Natalie Redmond says the chamber is requiring the participating restaurants to have a carry-out or delivery option.
"So you can meet the needs of whatever your lifestyle is right now," says Redmond.
Vice President of Membership with the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Natalie Redmond says everyone is encouraged to participate in restaurant week and try something new that you don't normally have.
"We just hope that the community will enjoy this," Redmond says. "This is not only a way to support local but it's a way to get out and enjoy our community and some of the uniqueness that makes us St. Joe."
