Jackie Ray “JR” Williams, 79, of Dearborn, MO passed away, December 24, 2024.

He was born on December 1, 1945 to Clifford Harmen and Norma Nadine (Dovel) Williams in St. Joseph, MO. Jack grew up in Dearborn where he attended school. He then served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam War.

On October 9, 1993 he was united in marriage to Patti Gilchrist. After their marriage they lived in Dearborn where they made their home.

Jack retired from Folgers after 23 years, and he then opened JR’s Bar and Grill in Dearborn. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hanging out in the garage with his family and friends and loved dogs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ronnie “Mule” Williams, Donald “Hoss” Williams, Charles Clifford “C.C.” Williams; sister, Juanita Davidson; step-son, Floyd Lansdown, Jr; nephews, K.C. Davidson and Danny Ray Williams.

Jack is survived by his wife, Patti; daughters, Jamey Hoffman-Williams, Karla Williams, Tara (Alex) Trevino, and Shelley (Chris) Smith; grandchildren, Logan (Sam) Hall, Isabel Williams, Oliva Trevino, Jordyn Smith, Ryann Smith, Lucia Trevino and Natalia Trevino; great-grandchildren, Kynsley and Brecken Hall; brother, Danny Lee (Tammy) Williams; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, December 28th at the Dearborn Café.
