A young Ravenwood man suffered minor injuries after attempting to take photos of an alleged shoplifter in St. Joseph.
St. Joseph police report the man, who is in the his 30s, followed another man suspected of shoplifting from the Big Lots store off the Belt Highway Tuesday night into the parking lot. While the victim took photos with his cell phone, the alleged shoplifter hit the man with his vehicle and drove off.
Police say the victim suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention.
