She married Caryl Steeby on October 15, 1977 and raised their three children in St. Joseph. She loved being involved in all of their activities. Susan loved to travel and had cruised all over the world. She enjoyed scuba diving, shopping, and her time in an investment club.
Susan's most favorite past time, however, was spending time with her 9 grandchildren. She loved spoiling them with gifts, taking them on trips, and watching them do their activities.
