Topsy's is the latest business to make the move to the Shoppes at North Village, per an announcement made on Facebook Thursday night.
In a photo, a handwritten note posted to a door gate thanks the guests and crew of East Hills, and says "my heart breaks to leave it this way," before telling customers to look for Topsy's at North Village in October.
