She was born June 17, 1938, to Joseph and Ruth Bunten in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Jacqueline was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. She graduated from Central High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russel Smith.
Survivors include her children, Tracy Lichliter, Amy Fuller, and James Smith; grandchildren, Melissa Woolery, Tonya Cease, Jason Peterson, Jacob and Samantha Fuller; sister, Linda Mackley; brother-in-law, Tom Farrell; several great-grandchildren, 1 great, great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
