ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
On Monday, police arrested 22-year-old Silas E. D’Souza of Atchison in the 1000 block North 2nd Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains in custody on requested charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
