GENTRY COUNTY—A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 4p.m. Tuesday in Gentry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Sterling driven by Justin W. Viets, 30, Stanberry, was southbound on Highway H three miles south of Darlington.
The truck traveled off the east side of the road. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle overturned. A private vehicle transported a passenger Christopher M. Swinford, 41, Maryville, to Mosaic in Albany. Viets was not injured. Viets and Swinford were not wearing a seat belts, according to MSHP.
