ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas man jailed for drug possession in January is back in jail on new charges.
On Monday, police arrested 24-year-old Justin L. Lurquin of Atchison on a Community Corrections detain order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In January, police arrested him on District and Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear in court and a requested charge of possession of fentanyl after officers found it on his person.
In January of 2022, police arrested him for alleged drug possession, according to online jail records.
