Michael A. Horine 65, of St Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at his home. He was born May 3, 1958 in St. Joseph, son of Patsy and Paul Horine. He graduated from Benton High School. Mike married Theresa Prudden on August 20, 2011 in St. Joseph. He was a longtime employee of the City of St. Joseph, working for the Street and Sewer Maintenance Dept. He also worked at Heitman Mattress. Mikes hobbies included woodworking and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Steven and Curtis Horine. Survivors include: wife, Theresa Horine of the home, step-son, Chris Prudden of St. Joseph, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.Mr. Horine has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
