DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 8p.m. Friday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1992 Suzuki RM250 driven by a 32-year-old Jamesport man was southbound on 250th Street just north of Key Avenue two miles east of Jamison. The motorcycle struck a deer and traveled off the road.
Daviess County EMS transported the rider Lifeflight and to Truman Medical Center. He was not wearing a helmet, at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
