ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for alleged criminal damage to property.
Just before 9p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a residence in the 600 block South 7th Street in Atchison where a bottle had been thrown through a window, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Police located a man later identified as 43-year-old Robert Hundley of Rushville in a vehicle outside the residence. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and a slow speed pursuit followed with the vehicle stopping in a parking lot in the 400 block U.S.59 where Hundley was taken into custody.
He is being held on requested charges in connection with breaking the window and flee or attempt to elude police.
