St. Joseph police are investigating a reported home invasion early this morning in which a homeowner reported four individuals broke into his home, beat him, and stole various items.
Police say the invasion happened at around 1:20 this morning in the 13-Hundred block of Sacramento Street.
The homeowner, who was the lone occupant of the house, says the four were armed with at least one knife and a hammer.
