GENTRY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Tuesday in Gentry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Chevy Box Truck driven by a 36-year-old Kansas City, Missouri man was westbound on U.S. 136 three miles west of Stanberry. The truck traveled off the north side of the road and the driver overcorrected. The vehicle began to skid, returned to the road, traveled off the south side of the road and overturned.
Grand River Ambulance transported the driver to Mosaic in St. Joseph. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
