Streausie M. Bryson, 92, King City, MO passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023, at a Stanberry, MO nursing home.
She was born on August 1, 1930, in Bolckow, Missouri the daughter of Loyd and Grace (Gerber) King.
On June 12, 1948, she married Jack Bryson in Savannah, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 24, 1990.
Streausie was a dedicated mother and farm wife. She was a member of the Hammer Memorial United Methodist Church in King City and the Ruth Circle there. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mark Bryson.
Streausie is survived by her children, Sidney (Teresa) Bryson, Platte City, MO and Kristen (Wayne) Law, King City, MO; daughter-in-law, Jo Bryson, Union Star, MO; grandchildren, Emmett, Will, Casey, Matt, and Luke Bryson, Seth and Reagan Law, and Hannah Jundy; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 30 at Roberson Funeral Home, King City, MO. Burial will follow in King City Cemetery, King City, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
