ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman on new allegations after an arrest.
On Wednesday, police arrested 36-year-old Melissa I. Ross of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Ross is being held on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. She was arrested on similar allegations in 2018 and again in 2019, according to online jail records.
