Edward A. Miller, 80, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
He was born on January 29, 1944, to Harvey Sr. and Marjorie (Jones) Miller in St. Joseph, Missouri.
He graduated from Central High School.
Ed married Rebecca Morgan on September 17, 1966.
He was a proud member of the Missouri National Guard, Masonic Lodge Charity-Zeredatha #189, and the Huffman Memorial Methodist Church.
Ed was a sports enthusiast who loved golfing, mowing his yard, and spending time studying family genealogy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Deana Adams; and his brother, Harvey Miller Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca; their daughter, Jamie Hendricks (Scott); grandchildren, Haedyn and Jacob Martin; step-grandson, Joseph Hendricks; sister, Rose Kurtz; sisters-in-law, Charlene Huber and Audrey Payne (Larry); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside Farewell Services & Inurnment 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 20, Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Saturday, July 20, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
