MONTGOMERY COUNTY —A Missouri man died in an accident just after 5:30p.m. Saturday in Montgomery County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta driven by William H. Davis, 77, Maryland Heights, Mo., was eastbound on MO 19 just north of Tree Farm Road.
The driver pulled into the path of a southbound 2016 Harley Davidson driven by Russell L. Burton, 69, New Haven, Missouri. The 3-wheel motorcycle struck the rear of the Volkswagen and the driver was ejected.
Burton was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported Schlanker Funeral Home. Davis was not injured and properly restrained. Burton was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
