DEKALB COUNTY —Four people were injured in an accident just after 4:30p.m. Thursday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1996 Ford F350 driven by Hunter L. Martin, 36, Winston, was eastbound on U.S. 36 at Fairview Road two miles west of Osborn.
The driver fell asleep and the vehicle traveled off the road. It then collided with a 2006 Ford F150 driven by Matthew D. Arnold, 49, Maysville, that was turning north onto Fairview Road.
DeKalb Clinton County EMS transported Arnold and passengers in the F350 Bailey A. Pickering, 34, and a 4-year-old boy both from Winston to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Martin refused treatment of minor injuries at the scene. Arnold was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
