James Scott Zent Sr.(Jamie), 53, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 16, 2023.
He was born on July 1, 1970, to Jim Hourigan and Sue Zent in Lemmon, South Dakota.
Jamie was an automotive paint technician for 30 years, working for companies such as Greg Buick, Car Star and Belt Alignment. And did Independent Work.
He loved music and was a talented bass guitarist. He created beautiful jewelry, was a great fisherman and loved to ride his Harley.
Jamie spent a lot of time with his friends, but the most precious times were spent with his children and grandchildren. He had a huge heart, and an unforgettable smile. He made friends wherever he went and will be missed dearly.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Bitz.
Survivors include his children, James Zent Jr. (Laura), Hayley Johnson (Carl), Haven Zent and Kyle Zent; grandchildren, Owyn, Kohl, Tristan, Natalie, Liam, Romeo, Amiyah, Ian, Eliza, Aria and Austin; sister, Jessica Schnell, and his parents.
