ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect after an incident in Atchison.
On Monday, police arrested 44-year-old Kenneth E. West of Atchison, on requested charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains in custody on a $3500 bond, according to online jail records.
