DAVIESS COUNTY—A Trenton man was injured in a crash just after 6 a.m. Tuesday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Ford passenger vehicle driven by Jeremy E. Reed, 31, Trenton, was westbound on U.S. 69 one mile west of Altamont.
The vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and returned to the road. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road and struck an embankment.
A private vehicle transported Reed to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
