Darline M. (Warner) Langemach, 97, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 13, 2024. She was born on September 3, 1926, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Eulie Eugene and Beulah May (Hockaday) Warner.
She married Elden Wayne Langemach on December 24, 1946 and they were married for 64 years until his passing in 2011.
Darline dedicated 33 years of hard work to Mead (Westab) before retiring. She was a participant in arthritis swim classes at Missouri Western and found joy in cooking and baking for family and friends. Gardening and canning vegetables were among her favorite pastimes, alongside sewing, making ceramic dolls, and quilting. Her compassionate nature shone through her visits to shut-ins, offering companionship and care.
Darline's legacy is carried on by her daughter, Sharon Bannon of St. Joseph, MO, and her son, Gary Langemach (Brenda) of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Anita Langemach (Bailey Denmark) of Dayton, Ohio, Lisa Rose (Eric) and Ryan Langemach (Nicole) both of Kansas City, MO; great-grandchildren, Logan Rose, Lily and Max Langemach; numerous nieces and nephews.
Though predeceased by her parents, husband, and all her siblings Rosie Scott, Evelyn Schubert, Betty Martin, Bonnie Johnson, and Ivan Warner, Darline's rich legacy of love, resilience, and joy will continue to inspire her family and all who knew her.
