ANDREW COUNTY—A teenager was injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Sunday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Polaris Ranger driven by a 15-year-old girl from Rea was northbound on County Road 218 one mile northwest of Rea.
The ATV traveled off the west side of the road. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle returned to the road and overturned.
Andrew County EMS transported the teen to Mosaic Life Care and later she was airlifted to KU Medical Center.
The patrol withheld the name of the injured teen, because she is a juvenile.
