Mickey Hosman, 91, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025.
She was born August 9, 1934 to Cecil and Virginia Eloise (Crow) Hosman in Marmarth, North Dakota.
As a multimedia artist, she graced numerous art shows with her diverse and inspiring works, touching the lives of many with her expressive pieces that spanned a multitude of mediums.
In addition to her impressive artistic pursuits, Mickey was also a skilled massage therapist. She dedicated herself to the well-being of others, guiding them toward relaxation and healing.
Mickey's profound interest in genealogy further illustrated her deep respect and curiosity for the lineage and stories that bind us through time.
A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, her faith was a cornerstone in her life, grounding her and providing her with strength and community.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Virginia Eloise Hosman; husband, Capt. Robert H. Goodwin; brothers, Lou and Pat Hosman.
Survivors include her children, Scott (Iren), Yancy (Dorothy), Miles (Janet), Connie, Carter, Brigg, Erin, Pat, Mark (Kara), Robin and Mandy; over 60 grandchildren and great grandchildren; extended family, Traci, Scott, Steve, Rodney, Cheri, Tina, Terry, Marie and Troy.
Service 1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 2, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7 N. Carriage Dr., St. Joseph. Family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the charity of your choice.
