CLINTON COUNTY—Four people were injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Monday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Chevy Lumina driven by Devyn S. Robinson, 18, Lathrop, was southbound on Interstate 35 two miles south of Lathrop.
The car slid on the ice covered road, traveled across the median and struck the front of a northbound 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by Elihu Tatum, 71, Braymer.
Tri-County ambulance transported Robinson, Tatum and a passenger in the Chevy Black M. Brown, 19, Lathrop, to Liberty Hospital. Cameron Ambulance transported another passenger in the Buick Kriston E. Pennington, 19, Lathrop, to North Kansas City Hospital.
All four were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
