ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged sexual assault and have made an arrest.
On Wednesday, police arrested 25-year-old Zachary S. Pickman of St. Joseph on a District Court warrant for aggravated sexual battery, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He was booked into the Atchison County Jail on a requested charge of sexual assault that occurred in 2016. He posted bond and is not longer in custody, according to online jail reords.
